Vonda is a lifelong educator, podcast host, and author with three decades of experience in health and wellness. Her God-given talents have provided her the opportunity to give talks on her original writings entitled, Room to Breathe and Trauma & The Mind Body Connection, to name a few.

With degrees in Psychology and Occupational Therapy, Vonda’s expertise spans physical, mental, and spiritual health to make her a well-rounded authority when helping people from all walks of life. She has a deep desire to teach others how to connect to God through the art of ponder where deep thought and meditation ensues. She plans to continue this pursuit in the form of several upcoming books and talks.

Pondering has been a part of Flue’s life since she was a child listening to her dad contemplate the vastness and goodness of God in his sermons. Her attempts to understand this amazing God sparked a life-long journey of pondering.

 When Vonda isn’t pondering the goodness of God, she enjoys reading, writing, and kayaking with Ken, her husband of almost 30 years. She resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana and is known by Mimi to her band of granddaughters.
