Wow. This was a great devotion
EVERYONE needs to read this…and EVERYONE needs to state these words from this devotion…
“When He said, ‘It is finished,’ He was talking about me.” Could we write those words in a journal and mean them? Could we look into a mirror and speak them?
Can you truly say those words and mean them? Do you believe them?
If you are struggling in any way spiritually, emotionally, or physically, now it the time to face the grace. Truly, look deep into the wonder of God who loves you and sent His son to die for you so that you can have a relationship with Him that lasts beyond viruses and and the never-ending vicissitudes of life. He is the Rock and the stability when all else is unstable. He is the One who gives and loves beyond measure.
I think the hardest question that I am asked, is, ‘What are you grateful for’? Wow. That question becomes a flood of reasons, a flood of emotions and a hundred thousand answers that all point back to a God who loves and a God who gives. “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
Today He gave.
Today is the best day to give your life to Him.
Today is a gift from Him.
Giving back should be such a natural response.
Today, I am grateful.
Today, I have been graced.
Tomorrow, I will continue in the grace, continue in the gratitude and continue to look at myself in the mirror and say, “When He said, ‘It is finished,’ He was talking about me.”
If you cannot say those words, contact me. Jesus and I are waiting.
